The house, colonial style, has large common areas including living room, terrace with barbecue and two comfortable separate rooms. The hostess prepares delicious international meals and specializes in Italian food. The owners speak English and Italian.

They rent two separate rooms, each with air conditioning, fan, TV, refrigerator, stereo and hot and cold water. The house has a power plant. As additional services not included in the rent are: bay trips, dance classes (salsa and merengue), cocktails, transportation, parking, guide, Internet, laundry and breakfast, lunch and dinner. Any other needs will be served by the hosts.

Prices

In principle all prices are negotiable. Rooms are priced from 20 CUC per night regardless of the season.
