The house was built in the 14th century, and its historical value, as well as the one of the area it is situated in, forced the owner to start its reconstruction, and has achieved in giving it its antique look: a family house has become a five accommodating units villa. The interior redesign follows sistematically its antique look by using the traditional materials which, being combined with the modern technology, are ideal for a perfect holiday of a modern man. All cameras are furnished in the combination of stone walls, mahagony floor, oak tree beds, hand made wardrobes, details of wrought iron, paintings of eminent painters, and the latest technology (LCD TV, SAT, air condition in each room...) The windows have the church of St. Peter view from the southern part and one of the oldest houses built by Nicolo of Florence view from the northern part. Its reconstruction lasted for two years and it was open for public in July 2005, as a place which offers tourist services with four double bedrooms, the apartment A+2 and a breakfast room.
