-- Playa de Los Locos is only at 450 metres -> 5-6 minutes walking

-- Playa del Cura is only at 550 metres -> 6-7 minutes walking

-- You have food shops , restaurants and bars nearby

You really don't need a car , you can go walking almost everywhere :

--To the Central Bus Station that is at 900 m -> 1
