The rent was established since 1998, renting a single room and since 2014 it was established in the current address, extending the rent to two rooms.

I own the establishment.

It is a construction of the year 1957 and is located in the center of the city 20 meters from the Plaza de los Trabajadores.

It is a family business where 3 people work, my husband Daniel, my uncle Chichi and me.

Accommodation

2 rooms with private bathroom, with a double bed and a staff each. Each room offers bedding, towels, TV, fan, refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water 24 hours.

Services and activities

Clients can use the terrace, the dining room, the hall and they can enjoy rich breakfasts, laundry and taxi collection coordination to the bus terminal or the airport. In addition, parking is coordinated a few meters from the house.

We are less than 50 meters from the Central Post Office, Central Bank for currency exchange, Santa Cecilia Convention Center, WIFI internet connection point and Ignacio Agramonte's Birthplace.
