The guesthouse is located on the 3rd and top floor of the building which was constructed in 1930. It is a recently refurbished high-seilinged capitalist apartment with 3 balconies, original ornate plasterwork and tiled floors. Being on the 3rd floor also means there are great views. It is a family-run establishment. Accommodation We rent two private cozy rooms with shared bathroom. There is a comfortable double bed, a brand new inverter air conditioner and black out blinds allowing to cut off the street light completely 24 hours in each room. in each room. There is a nice balcony with a street view in the first room and a window with a street view in the second one. The rooms are high-ceilinged, breezy and with a lot of natural light. Services and activities Apart from accommodation we always offer a wide range of facilities and activities such as a free search of additional accommodation in Havana and accommodation all over the island of Cuba, free parking, tourist information, library of guidebooks and maps in each room, guided tours of Havana and countrywide, inexpensive local and international phone calls, Wi-Fi and laundry .
