Terms and conditions

The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, Debit Cards.
The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: 5% city tax
From January 2018 the city tax will be 6%.

All rooms are fully prepaid and not refundable.

Please note that the non refundable amount charged prior to arrival consists of the accommodation cost and of the 5%-local city tax.
