Set in a former courthouse, our hostel is truly unique! We offer a wide range of clean and modern facilities such as a self-catering kitchen, a fun bar, a games area, internet and TV lounges in original courtrooms, a travelshop, a laundry... Our reception is manned 24/7 by multi-lingual staff, with night security from 9pm. We have no curfew, but you need your keycard to gain access to the hostel and your room. We are all about security! We offer a mixture of private rooms (single, twin and prison cells) and dorms (from 4 to 16 beds). Most private rooms and some dorms have their own bathrooms. We also offer Girls Only dorms and Girls Deluxe for even more luxury. All dorm beds are clean and cosy, featuring unique and innovative pod beds that have their own reading light and handy small head locker for personal belongings. Tärkeää Tietoa Esteettömyys: Limited wheelchair access (some common areas and/or some rooms).Clink78 is an accessible building for guests who are wheelchair users. Due to the lay out of the building, guests in wheel chairs have a separate entrance into the hostel. This entrance is located down the left side of the building, along Great Percy street, opposite the Boris bikes. This is the second door on the side of the building. There is a small buzzer that guests need to press then a member of staff will come and help you in. In the hostel, we have an elevator which goes to all floors apart from our girl’s only section of the building. As our building was built over 200 years ago, we are unable to change the layout of the building to incorporate an elevator in this section. On the ground floor of the building we have a disabled shower and toilet, fully fitted with emergency alarms and handles. When making your booking with us, please can you get in touch with a member of staff in the reservations team so that special arrangements can be made in regards to your room allotment so we can give you the most accessible rooms and beds. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will need to notify us by email 48 hours in advance of your arrival date (and 7 days before the arrival dates of the 29th, 30th and 31st of December). However, if you only let us know within 2 days before your arrival, or fail to show up on the arrival date, you will be charge in full for your stay.
