Taxes not included: 5% Citytax should be payed on spot upon check-in. It is not included in the price and is found on the hotel bill.
Since the beginning of the year 2014, tourists staying overnight in Berlin are subject to paying 5% accommodation tax of the accommodation only price, the so-called City Tax..
We accept the '48-hour cancellation policy' for flex rate bookers. Cancellations after 18 hrs 2 days before arrival and no shows will be charged with the full booking amount.
Nonref rate bookers always pay the full booking amount and cannot be refunded.
