Terms and conditions

The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Debit Cards.
The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: City tax is not included..

The hostel charges 1 night if canceled less than 3 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges 1 night on customer's credit card.

Please note reservation for 10 people or more will have special cancelation and payment policy: Payment: The hostel will charge the 50% of the total amount as an extra guarantee of the booking. Failing to pay this deposit of accommodation will result in your booking being cancelled. This deposit is not refundable. Total Payment will have to be arranged with the property at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancelation policy: No cancelations or amendments will be allowed 14 days or less prior to arrival will in 100% cancellation fee.

If credit card has been denied after trying to pre-authorize the first night, we will send you an email asking for a new one and you will have 24 hours to provide us a new one, otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled.
