Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is cancelled less than 18 days before arrival, then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
I tilfælde af udeblivelse bolig vil opkræve full amount af balancen betaling fra kundens kreditkort.

*** You can contact Hotel directly for your taxi transfer arrangement from the airport or port of Chania directly in your studios or apartments, 24 hours in the day. We just need the time of your arrival and the number of your flight for this arrangement. The cost is 25 euros (for max 4-5 persons in a taxi) payable directly at the taxi driver.

*** We can also arrange your car rental at the time of your arrival at the airport of Chania (or Heraclion). Just send us an email after making your reservation.
