House from the 19th century restored preserving the original neoclassical style. Located in the Brazil neighborhood, stately in its origin, bohemian nowadays, it provides entertainment and culture 24/7.

Walkable area (with caution) despite belonging to the center of the city.

The origins of the project are linked to local musicians and artists. The IRREAL project goes beyond the current youth housing, trying to become a pole of development and cultural coincidence.

It has a total of 8 exclusive rooms for 2, 4, 5 and 6 people and 2 for shared use, with 10 beds in bunk beds. All with shared bathroom

Accommodation includes continental breakfast served in the dining room.

The common areas of the hostel have a dining room and equipped kitchen, a living room with cable TV and games, a large multipurpose terrace with ping-pong table and usual artistic activities (summer).
