用户预订的物业（酒店、旅舍、B&B、民宿等）在用户到达前将保有使用信用卡预授权的权力。.
所报房价未含税: City Tax is not included. 5% of the total price..
其他收费: The City State Berlin will be levying an Accommodation Tax of 5% pursuant to overnight stays in Berlin in return for payment in an enterprise providing accomodation. This tax is not included due at check in at the hostel.

在没有提前2 天的情况下取消预订，旅店会收取1 晚的房费.
在客人没有出现的情况下（没有告知取消），该旅店会从客人的信用卡中收取1 晚房费.

Grand Hostel Berlin Classic Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival. In case of no arrival or late cancellation, we will charge the full costs of the first night + City Tax.

Check in from 3 pm. Of course guests can arrive before 3 pm and leave their bags in our luggage room and have a map introduction.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

Check out before 11 am. Late check out (2 pm) available for 5,00 € per Person

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.

City Tax is not included in the price: this is 5% of the room rate and the payment has to be completed upon arrival.
Breakfast not included.

No bed linen required - we will arrange this for you: for fresh and always clean bed linen, we charge a mandatory fee of 4.79 EUR per person for the entire stay upon arrival.
