The residence is located right in the historic heart of the town, at the Black Tower, in the sight of the square of Premysl Otakar II. All major city sights as well as gourmet restaurants Symbiosa, Masné krámy, Malý pivovar etc. are just a few steps away from our residence.

The Residence consists of 4 buildings, which reconstruction was finished in July 2010. The complex now has 28 fully furnished apartments in 4 floors, with the total capacity of 75 beds. Apartment area varies from 33 to 120 sqm.
