Descripció: El Westend City Hostel és el punt de reunió dels 'backpackers' de Viena. La seva posició és céntrica, a prop de la principal estació de tren (westbahnhof) i del carrer comercial més gran de Viena. Esmorçar gratis. Tots els banys amb dutxa i WC. No hi ha toc de queda. Relaxa't al nostre bar o a la terrassa del nostre jardí.

El nostre hostal és internacional i jove, localitzat en la ciutat de Viena/Austria. Oferim habitacions amplies i maques a preus raonables.

Pots triar entre 4 o 8 llits. La nostra habitació per a 12 hostes, es pot dividir en àrees privades per dormir. Totes les habitacions tenen dutxa, wc, llitera i candaus. El nostre personal és molt simpàtic, agradable i estarà encantat d'informar-te de qualsevol tipus d'informació que necessitis.

L'hostal està obert les 24 hores del dia.

Check-out: El check-out es deurà fer abans de les 10:30 hores.

En cas que vulgueu estar una nit més l'haureu d'avisar a recepció abans de les 10:00 hores.

Acceptem només reserves efectuades amb targeta Visa o Mastercard, les reserves efectuades amb altres targetes de crédit es CANCEL.LARAN i NO es reembolsaran.

CANCEL.LACIONS

Les cancel.lacions es deuran notificar per escrit i com a mínim un día abans de la data prevista d'arribada. En cas de no show es carregarà a la vostra targeta de crèdit l'import corresponent a una nit.

En cas que l'import total de la reserva superi els 400 euros, ens reservem el dret de efectuar un pre-pagament del 25% del total.

Please notice: Special conditions during New Year's Eve (27.12.2023-02.01.2024)
(on 31.12.2023 no Check- In and no Check- Out):
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Cancellations for New Year´s Eve have to be done at least till 12.12.2023 and only possible in a written form which must be confirmed by the Hostel. Otherwise we have to charge you 100 % of the total booking amount.

We would ask you for payment in advance for the whole booking amount by bank transfer or credit card until 12.12.2023 by bank transfer or by credit card payment. Bookings made after 12.12.2023 need to be paid in full at the date of booking.

The bed will be reserved for you until 18:00 clock (06 p.m.). Please contact us if you arrive later and give us your arrival time.

General CANCELLATIONS policy:

Please note that cancellations have to be done in written form latest 1 week before the arrival day by 8 am at the latest! If you don't arrive without having cancelled before, we have to charge the first night to your credit card.

In case that the amount of your reservation surmounts 400 Euros we reserve us the right to ask you for a pre-payment (about 25 % of the total amount).
