Then later, the house was in diferent ownwrs hands. At the 20th century it was the Cuenca residence of Goñi, a popular newspaper drawing. Nowadays, the neighbour above is an international famouse sculptor: Torner. The small duplex is restored as a perfect weekend house to stay at the hearth of the old town, just walking to everywhere. Accommodation This property is composed of two floors. The front door brings you directly to the dining room and the kitchen, all together in the same ground space, but on your right, the stairs goes to the up floor, in wich there are the double bed and an small lounge area, at the same room, and a full equiped bathroom at the end. The location is just over the cliff in front of the National Parador. Services and activities The appartment has kitchen, flat tv, heaters, double bed, wonderfull views and a fabulous terrace. Surroundings The small square in wich this house is located, allows you to have a drink or a sandwich as in a privete panoramic terrace. The walking distance to the main atraction at the old town is so short that you can consider that you are becoming at the real neighbourhood. Why should you stay with us If you want a quiet flat, but located at the same heart of the old town, that is the most exclusively acomodation you can find.
