The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, Debit Cards.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival

Other charges: Credit card security bond. If you do not have a credit/debit card then we will accept a cash deposit: £50 studios & rooms and £25 for hostel dorms.
Please note that studio apartments incur an additional £2 per day, on top of the total rent owed.
We have a minimum spend of £250 to make payment by credit/debit card. Any payments made by card incur a 5% surcharge..

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival date, first night of stay fee for late cancellation or no show

Please note that guests might be asked to stay at a surrounding building when required (15 minutes walking to All Star Hostel).
Please note that private accommodation is not serviced.

(We offer a free pick up to the local tube station (Willesden Green)before 5:30pm after this time you have to check your email address that you have used to book with us and we will give instructions and directions to the property that you are staying in and then a staff member from our hostel will come and check you in on the morning after you arrive.... If you are delayed, or plan to arrive outside of these hours, please advise, and we will email details on how to do a 'self check in'.Self check in incurs a surcharge of £15 for a dorm, and £25 for rooms/studios.)
