The apartment has one single and one double bedroom for your best comfort. You do not need to bring any beddings with you as we provide it, naturally. Relax in front of the TV with digital freeview channels in the living room. Keep connected with our FREE Wi-Fi Internet Access. Whether you are traveling on business or to shop, or to just relax, our apartment is perfect for your requirements. So come stay with us! Children under 10 years of age will not be charged. If you bring more people then your reservation is for, the extra guests will be chargeable. - Prior to guest's arrival, at our discretion, a minimum property security deposit of £199.00 per apartment will be pre authorised against the card but not taken.

Other charges: £299.00 or £399.00 depending on property will be pre-authorized from a credit or debit card prior to arrival..
1) Outside 15 days, no cancellation charges will apply if booking has not been processed. However, if it has then 17.5% of total booking will be charged to cover administration and handling charges.
2) Cancellation between 14 and 4 days notice = a charge of 75% of total booking
3) Cancellation between 3 and 0 days notice = a charge of 100% of total booking
4) Where the reservation is made at any time during the two days prior to the arrival date, the reservation will be considered as final and non-refundable. Non-payment of the balance by the due date shall constitute the Guests' cancellation of the booking and any payment made will be forfeited. Guests are recommended to insure against cancellation
5) We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, change's in travel plans or travel delays.
6) In the event of a no show, we reserve the right to recover the full amount of the booking fees.
7) Reducing the number of nights or guests after commencing a reservation will not affect the total price of the booking.
8) All cancellation requests made to the company will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt and must be undertaken in writing via email or text.
9) Any booking made by a client that My-Places deems may be used for purposes of obtaining Visa's and not used for accommodation purposes, shall be exempt from the companies standard cancellation policy and any fees paid to the company shall not be refundable or transferable unless specific conditions are met.
Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the full balance of the reduced nights being payable.
Reducing the number of guests will not affect the total price.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.
