The best shopping area, famous clothing stores, the most celebrated restaurants, bars, discos, concert halls and more traditional places like the old Boqueria Market, or sophisticated places of modern Barcelona.

We can offer all types of rooms from single, double and triple and four people rooms with bathroom or without bathroom in our second building (A&A Palermo), the distance only one minute between these two beautiful buildings on the same street.

• Breakfast included only in the bedrooms to share. Only A&A Arco, shared rooms.

* Breakfast optional for private rooms in A&A Palermo, private rooms.

• Internet and Wi-Fi in both buildings.

• The private rooms in Palermo A&A with full sheets, blankets and towels.

• We have a room for the gym. Only A&A Arco.

• Fully equipped kitchen for guests. Only A&A Arco.

No show charge;

• We charge 1 nights of your booking in case of No Show or notifying less than 48 hours. On bookings more than 3 nights or more than 3 persons we charge 50% of total amount. Please pay attention to this mater to prevent further problems.

Group Booking;

• The cancelation request must be send to our email 1 week in advance. The group will be charge 50% of total amount if the cancelation email is less than 1 week.

• The booking could be canceled if you don’t arrive approximately around the arrival time that is specified in your booking.

• In some cases we preserve the rights of charging 1 night of your booking as a guarantee.

*We have 2 nights obligatory reservation between 31th of December till 2th of January. It means we cannot accept bookings less than 2 nights or out of that period.

* No show in this period we charge 2 nights.
