Pren nota si us plau:

1.- Els Check-ins es fan en el carrer Varese 33, en el nostre punt d' internet, les nostres oficines estan sobre de les escales.

NOTA: Si arribes més tard de les 23:00h deuràs contactar amb nosaltres per comunicar-ho, si no ho fas no et garantim la reserva feta i a més carregarem a la teva targeta de crèdit l'import d'una nit.

2.- No podem enviar emails o fax sobre documents relacionats amb la visa.

3.- Reserva i política de cancel.lació:

Imprimiu si us plau la confirmació i el pagament en efectiu de tots els compte i factures pendents sobre la teva arribada.

La cancel.lació s'acceptarà si la feu abans de 72 hores de la data prevista d'arribada, si no respecteu aquest marge de temps us carregarem en compte l'import d'una nit.

Les cancelacions per telèfon no s'accepten, només per email.
